The centre's sole objective is to create an enabling environment to it undertake research in unexplored domains and to disseminate information by implementing various programs to raise awareness among professionals, scholars, and the general public about Intellectual Property Rights. The centre contributes for a deeper understanding of the theoretical, practical, evolving and ever-changing aspects of intellectual property rights highlighting the deeper understanding of how intellectual property frameworks interact with traditional knowledge systems, cultural heritage, and indigenous practices. It focuses on emerging trends and challenges in the field of intellectual property, such as the impact of digital technologies, open access movements, and globalization, and strives to explore the implications of ever-changing dynamics of intellectual property on innovation, creativity, technology transfer, competition, and economic development. Objectives v To educate the general masses regarding AI & IPR and its protection mechanism as a social empowerment programme. v To assist Government in formulating policies in this area. v To collaborate with different International and National Institutions working in the area. v To involve students in the practicality of IPR byway of writing, reading and researching. v To make sure that there is a healthy environment and a functional body to administer activities regarding CIPR. v To help in protecting the intellectual property of Individuals and to act as a catalyst in promoting the growth of intellectual property in the country. v To conduct awareness programmes and workshop on issues related to Intellectual Property in Collaboration with Government Departments and associations.
